We are proud to have been recognized as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) by the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC), a testament to our high standards in jobsite safety, employee benefits, and community involvement. Additionally, Bear General Contractors has been honored as an ABC Top Performer and has achieved the ABC STEP Platinum certification, the highest level of recognition for safety performance in the construction industry.
Our Safety Achievements

Bear General Contractors was recently featured in a multi-page article by Construction In Focus magazine, highlighting our award- winning safety practices and our ongoing commitment to creating a safe working environment. A critical measure of our safety performance is our consistently low Experience Modification Rate (EMR), which has remained below 1.00 for multiple years. This low EMR not only reflects our superior safety standards but also results in lower insurance costs. These savings are passed on to our clients, contributing to overall lower project costs without compromising on safety or quality.
