Our construction management process involves the utmost attention to detail in planning, coordination, and control throughout the entire commercial construction project in order to ensure the project meets all plans, building codes, and specifications. We work with the architect and the engineers to ensure high quality work at optimum cost and schedule.
As your construction partner, we coordinate the many details required by projects of any size to deliver what you need, including quality management, contract management, cost control, safety, field supervision, material management, and labor relations. We provide construction management services on an at-risk basis, which means that we hold all of the subcontracts and are responsible for scheduling and overseeing the work of the subcontractors.

Design-build is a type of contracting where one entity performs both the design and construction work for a project. In addition to our construction process, Bear General Contractors’ design-build process includes and provides the architectural and engineering services needed for a project. Our design-build process allows us to offer greater levels of accountability, control, and value to our clients’ commercial construction projects.
We act as our client’s advocate, using our expertise to manage the entire project team and hold them accountable, including designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Design-build allows us to utilize the strength of single-source planning, providing a more cost-effective process for our clients.
